The 19th Annual Department of NC Encampment was held May 2, 2026 in Cary, NC at the Page-Walker Arts & History Center.

The 18th Annual Department of NC Encampment was held May 10, 2025 in Cary, NC at the Page-Walker Arts & History Center.
The Town of Morrisville held an event commemorating the Battle of Morrisville Station with guest speakers Ernest Dollar and Major General Judson Kilpatrick Camp No 7 Commander Dennis St Andrew. In addition to the speeches, the audience was shown the film "Twilight of Sabers", given a Q&A session with the speakers and had a walking tour of historic places of interest around Morrisville.
Members of the Major General Judson Kilpatrick Camp No. 7, Cary, NC, and the NC Department Commander participated in the 160th Anniversary Commemoration of the Battle of Bentonville on March 15th , 2025, in Four Oaks, NC.

Maj Gen Judson Kilpatrick Camp No 7 was honored to donate to Vets to Vets United, Inc this year in support of their efforts to connect disabled Veterans with rescue service dogs. We commend the work they do and thank all of our Veterans for their service and sacrifices.

Major General Judson Kilpatrick Camp No 7 chose Friends of Fort Fisher as the recipient of their 2025 donation. The donation is being used to purchase and install a six foot memorial bench on the walking trails at the fort
On 01/31/2024, Kilpatrick Camp No. 7 donated to Military Missions in Action.
On 11/2/2024, Kilpatrick Camp No. 7 donated to Reconciliation House of Burnsville, NC. The donation was to aid this non-profit in providing emergency assistance to Yancey County residents during the weeks following Hurricane Helene.
On 01/27/2024, Kilpatrick Camp No. 7 donated $1,000 to the Friends of Fort Fisher Board of directors for the rebuilding of the Visitor Center and Earthworks.
